Microgaming Double Exposure Blackjack
This is an interesting blackjack variation where both the dealer's cards are dealt face up. That is the good news, but of course there is a price. The bad news is that blackjack pays even money instead of 3-2, and even worse is that the dealer wins if you tie. So if you have 19, and see the dealer sitting with a 20 you need to hit. Catch an ace, well hit it again and pray for another ace. Even so the house advantage on this game is only .69%. Really not a bad bet.
